02 Apr Final Project Report and Policy Recommendations
The Learning to Be project is over! But the work on developing social and emotional learning does not end here. We are happy to present a public Project Report and Policy Recommendations to Promote Social and Emotional Learning in Schools.
The report presents the main results of the Learning to Be projects together with Recommendations for improving SEL policy and practice on different levels of education systems, starting from local classrooms and schools, all the way to National and European levels.
The recommendations are based on the findings of an experimental study carried during the school year 2018-2019 in more than 200 schools across 5 European countries: Lithuania, Latvia, Slovenia, Italy and Spain.
We hope the the Report will be useful to all those interested in fostering social and emotional learning.
The text is available in English, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Slovenian and Spanish languages.
You can also read the Full Research Report in English prepared by our project team from the University of Helskinki, Finland, who supervised our researcg study in the project.
